Job summary

AECOM in Dublin is seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join our Buildings & Places team. You’ll work on schedules of condition, dilapidations and technical due diligence under supervision, with a pathway toward chartership.

This role offers hybrid work, a supportive mentor network, and exposure to commercial, educational and institutional projects across Ireland and beyond as you progress toward professional accreditation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Building Surveying (SCSI/RICS accredited).
• Interest in professional development toward Chartered status.

Responsibilities

• Assist in schedules of condition, dilapidations and technical due diligence under supervision.
• Support building compliance work as Assigned Certifier where required.
• Contribute to surveys, measurements and reporting across projects.
• Develop skills towards RICS/APC with mentorship from senior staff.
