Job summary

Savills Ireland is inviting applications for a Building Surveying Graduate Programme in Dublin. You will work with Chartered Surveyors and Project Managers, gaining hands-on experience across building surveying, project consultancy and client advisory to progress toward MRICS/MSCSI qualifications.

You will benefit from APC support, structured training and exposure to a wide range of commercial property projects within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant Building Surveying qualification required.
• Eligible to pursue APC pathway towards MRICS/MSCSI.
• Strong work ethic, curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Commercial awareness and interest in the Irish property market.

Responsibilities

• Support technical due diligence surveys and reports.
• Assist with condition surveys, inspections and reinstatement cost assessments.
• Support in developing PPM programmes and diagnosing defects.
• Assist in project management, contract administration and coordination.
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients; build client relationships.
