Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Graduate Automation Engineer for the Ringaskiddy site to join the Global Engineering & Technology (GET) Group. The role focuses on development, support and maintenance of Automation Systems within Innovative Medicine Ireland UC, ensuring systems are fit for use and compliant across the life cycle.

You will engage in cross-functional exposure, training and development, and contribute to ongoing improvements and projects aligned with site and company goals.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or IT and due to graduate in 2027.
Customer focused with strong organizational and communication skills.
Demonstrates integrity and Credo-based actions at all times.

Responsibilities

Develop, support and maintain Automation Systems and interfaces within GET and J&J Ireland.
Execute activities to ensure computerized systems are fit for use and compliant throughout lifecycle.
Participate in training, standardization and adoption of new technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on site and Campus Ireland.
