Job summary

European Tech Recruit is seeking a GPU Physical Implementation Engineer to drive GPU design and implementation, optimizing performance and power while meeting targets.

You will collaborate across engineering teams, develop tests, analyze results, and contribute to decisions on PnR, synthesis, STA and power analysis for SoC designs. The role requires a Master’s or PhD in a related field and at least two years of GPU experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of GPU experience.
• Knowledge of place-and-route (PnR) and synthesis tools and flows.
• Experience with SoC design implementation.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to GPU design and implementation, optimising performance and power in line with requirements, benchmarks and industry standards.
• Work across engineering teams to align feature development, ensure design compatibility and meet project targets.
• Design, develop and execute graphics tests across different scenarios and benchmarks to verify functionality, performance, power and stability.
• Analyse test results and benchmark data to identify issues, trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate implementation solutions and contribute to design decisions supporting GPU performance and power objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and third-party vendors to support implementation and align with technical requirements.
• Develop an understanding of GPU design and related engineering domains to support integration across broader systems.
