Job summary

Qualcomm Cork, Ireland is seeking a Staff GPU Engineer to architect, implement, and optimize GPU cores. You will work with cross-functional teams to meet performance and power goals and develop driver and compiler software for GPU products.

The role requires a PhD/Masters/BS with 2–4+ years of related experience and offers an opportunity to influence design decisions and lead others in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of relevant work experience.
Or Master's degree with 3+ years of related work experience.
Or PhD with 2+ years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

Architect, design, implement, verify, and/or optimize GPU cores for performance and power.
Build functional model simulations and test software for graphics performance.
Design and run graphics tests to verify functionality, performance, power, and stability.
