Job summary

Glass Lewis is seeking Research Associates in Limerick, Ireland for a 2 to 3 month fixed-term contract starting February 2027. The role requires reading proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish, excellent written English, and strong analytical and research skills.

Qualifications

Degree in Business; Economics; Finance; Law; Finance journalism; Corporate Governance; Language translation; Public policy.
Strong analytical and research abilities.
Excellent written English and ability to read Portuguese/Spanish.
Comfort with meeting deadlines and working under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and doing online research.
Familiarity with governance, finance journalism or public policy is advantageous.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience with qualitative research or governance is an asset.

Responsibilities

Review meeting materials disclosed by publicly listed companies (e.g., annual report, notice of meeting).
Analyse information related to corporate governance and remuneration practices.
Summarise meeting proposals and provide voting recommendations based on best practice.
