Job summary

Glass Lewis in Limerick, Ireland, invites applications for Research Associate positions. The role supports governance research across markets, reading proficiency in one of Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish, and working with our research teams to analyse meeting materials and provide voting guidance.

Contract is fixed-term full-time (2–3 months) starting January 2027. The role is hybrid with 3 days in the office in Limerick, Ireland, offering a city-centre workplace and exposure to global

Qualifications

• Candidates must have study in business, economics, finance or law.
• Knowledge of corporate governance and finance journalism is a plus.
• Excellent written English and language translation ability helpful.

• Analyse information regarding corporate governance and remuneration practices.

What roles are available?

Research Associate (“RAs”) positions are available across a variety of markets for candidates who have reading proficiency in one of the following: Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish.

Contract Details

Contract: Fixed term full-time (2 to 3 months depending on market)
Start Date: January 2027
Location: Limerick Ireland- Hybrid-3 days in office

• Experience in qualitative research or corporate governance is considered an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

Working with Glass Lewis’ research teams, you will enhance your research skills by:

• Reviewing meeting materials disclosed by publicly listed companies (e.g. annual report, notice of meeting)
• Analysing information with regards to corporate governance and remuneration practices
• Summarising meeting proposals and providing voting recommendations based on best practice

Intern and RAs positions are offered in two areas of focus

• Governance covering meeting proposals for board of director elections, committee memberships, skills matrices, auditor appointments, etc.
• Remuneration covering meeting proposals for executive pay practices, incentive plans, pay-for performance, etc.
