Job summary

Cpl Group, on behalf of a respected national membership and professional standards organisation in Ireland, seeks a Governance & Complaints Executive to join its senior support team. Reporting to the Deputy CEO, you will lead governance, compliance, complaints management and data protection functions.

This role offers the opportunity to influence organisational standards, support board activities, manage complaints processes and drive GDPR compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in governance, compliance, regulatory affairs, or related discipline.
• Experience managing staff or supervising team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, compliance, complaints management and data protection functions.
• Coordinate Complaints Committee meetings and reporting.
• Develop and maintain governance, compliance and data protection policies.
• Monitor regulatory obligations and report risks to senior management.
• Deliver training and guidance on governance and data protection.
• Support board and committees in governance duties.
