Job summary

Newvend is looking for a Goods In and Warehouse Operative to join our team in Ireland. The role involves receiving deliveries, checking stock, and organising warehouse storage to support wholesale orders.

You will manage stock intake, pack/prepare orders, and help keep records accurate while maintaining a safe, tidy, and efficient warehouse environment. A full driving licence and basic IT skills are required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy and confidence using inventory or stock management systems.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries.

Newvend is a Wholesaler, Vendor & Installer based in Co Monaghan. Due to the continued growth and expansion of our business, we are now seeking a Fulltime Goods In and Warehouse Operative to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries
• Booking stock into inventory systems
• Organising warehouse and storeroom stock
• Pick, pack and prepare wholesale customer orders for dispatch
• Conducting stock counts and assist with inventory control
• Prepare goods for dispatch and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
• Deliver stock to customers when requiredLoad and unload stock for our van sales team on a daily basis
• Maintaining accurate stock records
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensuring health and safety compliance
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organised and efficient warehouse environment
