Grifols in Ireland seeks a Manufacturing Purification Supervisor to oversee the daily purification team in a GMP-cleanroom setting. You will lead technicians, ensure SOP and safety adherence, and drive improvements across ultrafiltration, pasteurization, and related unit operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years in biopharmaceutical manufacturing with supervisory experience
• Knowledge of GMP, cleanroom environments, and aseptic techniques
• Hands-on purification equipment experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise purification technicians and manage day-to-day operations
• Ensure GMP, SOPs and safety protocols are followed
• Provide training, mentoring and performance feedback
• Oversee purification processes including ultrafiltration and pasteurization
• Coordinate with maintenance and validation teams to ensure equipment reliability
