Job summary

Grifols, S.A. in Ireland seeks a Manufacturing Purification Supervisor to oversee the purification team in a GMP cleanroom. You will lead batch operations, ensure compliance with SOPs, and drive safety and efficiency in ultrafiltration and pasteurization processes.

You will coach technicians, maintain equipment integrity, and collaborate with maintenance and validation teams to support continuous improvement in a rapidly expanding facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical/food manufacturing with supervisory experience.
• Strong GMP knowledge and cleanroom familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support purification technicians in daily operations.
• Ensure GMP, SOPs, and safety protocols are followed.
• Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
