Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Process Improvement Technician to support production duties, including logbook reviews, vault documentation, and Maximo scheduling. You will assist gamma irradiation of non-inventory stock and drive continuous improvement within Core1.

Key tasks involve change control generation, tracking GTW records, and coordinating with peers to boost efficiency while maintaining GMP compliance and timely delivery of projects within the Biologics Business Unit.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and sound judgment.
• Self-directed with ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Strong planning, organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient with Excel/Word/PowerPoint; GMP awareness helpful.
• Experience with TrackWise, Maximo or One Vault is advantageous.
• Understanding of regulated GMP environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Review logbooks, update DtoA and vault docs in Vault.
• Generate and input monthly production schedule on Maximo.
• Support gamma irradiation of non-inventory stock.
• Coordinate change controls and BU projects; track actions.
• Attend meetings; communicate status and timelines.
• Collaborate to improve efficiencies and troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare risk assessments and maintain logbook control.
