Job summary

Harmonics Recruitment invites applications for an Operations Team Lead role based in Co. Clare. This on-site position focuses on leading a Fillpack manufacturing team, ensuring safe, compliant production and timely delivery to meet customer needs.

You will drive GMP and quality standards, review batch records, and collaborate with Quality, Validation and cross-functional teams to enable continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Level 7 qualification with 2+ years’ supervisory/leadership experience, or Level 8 with 1+ years’ relevant experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, laboratory or a regulated environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of GMP, quality systems and compliance.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience supporting audits, investigations, deviations or quality improvement is desirable.
• Oracle or similar ERP experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Fillpack team, promoting engagement, accountability and safety.
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and customer requirements.
• Drive GMP, quality and compliance standards.
• Review and maintain batch records and production documentation.
• Support deviations, investigations, complaints and operational problem-solving.
• Champion continuous improvement, waste reduction and operational excellence.
• Work closely with Quality, Validation, Technical Operations and other cross-functional teams.
• Coach and support team members through training, feedback and development.
