Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree or similar trade qualification in an engineering discipline.
• 5 years+ of industry experience in a GMP manufacturer with at least 3 years’ experience in maintenance of chemical, HVAC/mechanical systems, pneumatic & hydraulic system, electrical power systems, control systems, building management systems.
• Experience in maintaining utilities, facilities & production/process equipment.
• Proactive attitude with ability to work on own initiative.
• Understanding of the relevant quality standards.
• Experience working with CMMS – eMaint an advantage.
• Ability to prioritise and deliver quality output to strict deadlines.
• Adaptable and flexible, willing to travel when needed.

Aufgaben

• Maintain machinery, plant, equipment, utilities, facilities and services to required operating standards.
• Under direct or minimal guidance, perform installation, emergency, corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Perform routine PMs and related paperwork according to scheduled timelines and ensure that eMaint (CMMS) is updated.
• Coordination and management of maintenance contractors/equipment vendors on site, issuing and control of permits to work.
• Review their reports and records.
• Perform duties in a compliant manner.
• Breakdown analysis (root cause analysis, problem solving tools).
• Work closely with project team to assist in the specification, installation, commissioning and testing of new or recommissioned equipment/plant/utilities.
• Attend FATs to ensure adherence to user requirements specifications and associated requirements.
• Own/provide engineering input to deviations, CAPAs and change controls.
• Participate in internal audits.
• Dealing with any problems/issues escalated.
• Management of supplies and spare parts inventory.
• Participate in projects to improve system performance and reliability.
• Assist in developing and implementing line/process improvements to achieve required OEE, support continuous improvements.
• This role will require shift work.
• Provide ‘On Call’ support for the site.
• Escalate issues with equipment or its management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
