Job summary

Phibro Animal Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Technician for the Ireland - Sligo site to join the Manufacturing team. The role involves executing manufacturing activities, maintaining GMP compliance, and working a rotating two-cycle shift (days and evenings).

Responsibilities include operating equipment, completing tasks per SOPs, supporting environmental monitoring, and maintaining area SOPs and batch records. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Hold a leaving certificate and have at least 3 years relevant experience in biotech/pharma.
• Experience in GMP environments.
• Experience in cleanrooms; aseptic processing advantageous.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, GMP-compliant work environment.
• Operate and set up manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Complete tasks per SOPs and batch records.
• Assist with investigations of deviations.
• Contribute to area SOPs and batch records maintenance.
• Perform environmental monitoring.
• Provide on-call support when scheduled.
• Work across cleanroom operations and aseptic processes.
• Ensure clear communication with team members.
