Job summary

Jones Engineering is seeking a Maintenance Team Supervisor (Mechanical & Electrical) to lead a GMP-regulated maintenance team in Limerick. You will drive daily operations, ensure task completion to standard, and coordinate handovers and timesheet validation.

This role requires strong leadership, compliance with ALCOA+ data integrity, and collaboration with client leadership. You will develop the team, manage performance, and plan resources to meet maintenance demand across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Equivalent trade qualifications with supervisory experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance role within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance team operations and ensure tasks meet standards.
• Validate timesheets and coordinate handovers between shifts.
• Develop upskilling roadmaps and conduct regular coaching sessions.
• Monitor training and compliance, upholding ALCOA+ data integrity.
• Plan recruitment and resource modelling to support workload forecasts.
