Job summary

Eurofins is seeking an Analytical Development Laboratory Support Analyst to join our team in Ireland. The role focuses on coordinating lab sample flow, ensuring GMP compliance and maintaining documentation and systems.

You will work closely with client personnel and internal teams to deliver accurate results. Ideal candidates will hold a scientific degree, have GMP experience, and demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization and communication.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in a scientific discipline is required.
• Experience working in a GMP-regulated laboratory environment is preferred.
• Commitment to quality, good documentation practices and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate management of laboratory samples and materials, including receipt, storage, tracking and movement in GMP-compliant processes.
• Oversee freezer and sample management activities, alarm monitoring, logbooks, audits, training and equipment calibrations.
• Maintain and administer laboratory systems and documentation (SAP work orders, LIMS data entry, records).
• Support lab operations by printing/managing labels, managing reference materials, generating reports and assisting analytical teams.
• Collaborate with client personnel and stakeholders to respond to inquiries and meet client expectations.
