Job summary

Kinisla in Listowel, Co. Kerry is hiring a Production Operator to join our team supporting shipping, warehousing and quality functions. You will help ensure GMP compliance and maintain accurate production records, working closely with colleagues to optimise processes and meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate may have prior manufacturing experience or be eager to learn; strong attention to detail, organisational skills and teamwork are essential in our fast-paced dairy business.

Qualifications

• Experience with GMP and manufacturing environments is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of plant processes and products is advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to GMP and company policies.
• Proficient with MS Office tools for production records and communication.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with shipping, warehousing personnel and quality teams.
• Ensure GMP compliance across all production areas.
• Maintain contact with relevant parties and share information as required.
• Assist in general production office administration and record-keeping.
• Monitor performance and contribute to contingency planning.
