Job summary

LEO Pharma in Dublin is seeking an Engineering Technician to maintain equipment, reduce downtime, and ensure GMP-compliant operations in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

You will join the Technical Services team, perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and support across Fill/Pack or Bulk/Utilities, with cross-training across site areas.

The role requires an apprenticeship and experience in regulated manufacturing; strong documentation and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship in engineering discipline with trade certificates.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with GMP documentation and change control.
• Hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot breakdowns and perform repairs to standards.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and maintain GMP records.
• Use CMMS to manage work orders and parts history.
• Support operations and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Contribute to machine improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
