Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Ireland/US locations seeks a Sr. Manager, UDI PMO to lead the strategic planning, governance and execution of the Unique Device Identification program across global operations.

The role ensures regulatory compliance, data integrity and scalable UDI processes, working with Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain and IT to drive timely updates and sustained inspection readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Life Sciences, Quality or related field.
• 8–10 years in Quality, Regulatory, Technology, or Program Management in regulated industries.
• Proven leadership of complex, cross‑functional programs with global scope.
• Strong knowledge of UDI regulations and quality system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UDI PMO, establishing governance, roadmaps, milestones and metrics.
• Provide strategic oversight for ERP, labeling, master data and regulatory systems.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain and IT to ensure compliance and execution.
• Maintain documentation, risk management, change control, and audit support.
• Develop and mentor PMO/UDI professionals and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor global regulatory changes and implement timely updates.
