Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr Manager Global Unique Device Identifier (UDI) Program Management Officer to lead governance, strategy and execution across global regulatory requirements. This role requires strong PMO leadership, collaboration across Quality, Regulatory Affairs and IT, and a focus on patient safety and compliance within the DePuy Synthes portfolio.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years in Quality, Regulatory, or PM within a regulated industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional global programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the UDI PMO with governance, roadmaps, milestones and metrics.
• Provide strategic oversight for UDI-related technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, IT and Commercial teams.
• Ensure inspection readiness with documentation, risk management and audit support.
• Develop and mentor PMO/UDI professionals, fostering quality culture.
