Job summary

Crown Global in Ireland is seeking a Travel & Mobilisation Administrator to coordinate travel, accommodation and mobilisation across Europe. The role is hybrid after probation, working with our Business Services team to keep projects moving smoothly.

You will manage flights, transfers, visas and bookings, liaising with Operations, HR and Project teams to ensure teams arrive on site safely, on time and with everything they need.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in travel coordination, logistics, mobilisation or administration.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation, transfers and vehicle hire.
• Manage travel changes, cancellations and urgent bookings.
• Coordinate employee and subcontractor mobilisation in line with project requirements.
• Liaise with Project Managers and Site Managers on workforce and mobilisation requirements.
• Ensure passports, visas, work permits, A1 certificates and relevant training and competency records are in place.
• Maintain accurate travel, accommodation and mobilisation records.
• Process travel and accommodation invoices and assist with cost tracking.
• Act as a key point of contact for employees and project teams regarding travel and mobilisation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
