Job summary

Crown is seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator to support project mobilisation across Ireland, the UK and Europe. This hands-on role involves travel, site setup, logistics, facilities, IT and employee support to ensure teams are ready before on-site mobilisation.

You will work with site teams, HR, IT and procurement to coordinate preparations, provide reports, and manage equipment, branding and demobilisation throughout projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in project mobilisation, site setup, facilities, logistics or operational coordination.
• A full clean driving licence and the flexibility to travel extensively across Ireland, the UK and Europe.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and confidence working with hardware, peripherals and basic connectivity troubleshooting.
• The ability to work independently and build strong relationships with site teams, employees, suppliers and internal departments.
• Experience working within construction or international project environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Travel to new project locations ahead of mobilisation to assess accommodation and facilities.
• Inspect proposed accommodation and report findings with photos.
• Prepare location and mobilisation information packs for travellers.
• Coordinate pre-departure briefings and act as a main contact before travel.
• Liaise with HR, IT, Compliance, Procurement and project teams on mobilisation needs.
• Set up project offices, furniture, utilities, and welfare facilities.
• Ensure IT equipment is ready before teams arrive and resolve connectivity issues.
• Coordinate demobilisation and return of equipment and branding materials.
• Prepare close-out reports and identify improvement opportunities.
