Job summary

Crown is seeking a Travel & Mobilisation Administrator to coordinate travel, accommodation and workforce mobilisation for employees and subcontractors across Europe.

The role works within the Business Services team, interfacing with Operations, Project Teams, HR and Compliance to manage travel across multiple countries. Hybrid working is available after probation and candidates should be highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel coordination, logistics or administration.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation and mobilisation.
• Manage travel changes, cancellations and urgent bookings.
• Coordinate employee and subcontractor mobilisation for projects.
• Liaise with project teams on workforce and mobilisation requirements.
• Ensure visas, permits and training records are in place.
• Maintain travel and accommodation records and cost tracking.
• Process travel invoices and support cost reporting.
• Be a point of contact for travel queries from teams.
