Job summary

Google in Ireland is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.

You'll work with engineers and stakeholders, translating analyses for executives and discussing tradeoffs in product development. Travel will be required to support the global fleet and initiatives, including on-site collaborations in

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in program management.
• 2 years of experience in data center or mission-critical operations.
• Experience in human performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage global critical work process program and policy, across equipment domains.
• Field and prioritize program bugs, driving tools and processes for critical work execution.
• Develop and maintain training curricula, including LMS modules.
• Coordinate regional trainers to deliver training sessions to the global fleet.
• Travel ~40% to support fleet operations and multi-day training events.
