Job summary

iLabs is seeking a Project Manager to plan, manage, and deliver software projects from initiation to completion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, track milestones, and maintain essential documentation in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of project/PM experience, a relevant degree, and strong communication. On-site location in Battaramulla with standard hours and a hands-on, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Project Management, Product Management, or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, lifecycles, timelines and delivery processes.
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track progress, identify delays, bottlenecks, risks, and take proactive actions.
• Conduct regular project meetings and follow up with stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and dashboards.
• Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and escalate as needed.
• Manage project scope and communicate changes clearly.
• Collaborate with Product and Business teams to support prioritization.
