Job summary

Barden, in partnership with a global group, is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to lead tax strategy as the business expands internationally. You will shape the tax direction, advise on M&A, and work with senior stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Legal, and the deal team.

This pivotal role offers autonomy and the chance to influence how tax structures and governance evolve during rapid growth and cross-border activity.

Qualifications

• Strong international tax experience, with M&A and tax structuring at the core.
• Commercial, pragmatic, and comfortable working with autonomy.
• Confident engaging senior stakeholders across the wider business.

Responsibilities

• Advise on M&A activities from target evaluation and due diligence through to post-deal integration.
• Design and implement tax-efficient acquisition and financing structures.
• Advise on strategic projects, including transfer pricing, tax audits, and supply chain initiatives.
• Own cash tax and effective tax rate forecasting, tax reporting, and compliance oversight.
• Partner with senior stakeholders on commercial decisions across the business.
