Job summary

Apple’s Global Business Solutions (GBS) team seeks a Global Program Manager to shape long-term global tax strategy and execution across withholding and statutory benefits. The role partners with global finance teams to ensure accurate calculations, filings, and payments while maintaining SOX controls and regulatory compliance.

The position collaborates with tax authorities and Deloitte for governance and reporting, supporting employees with visa-related tax needs and expat processing.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years experience in Accounting or Finance working across multiple services.
• Extensive expertise with Tax, SAP and ADP.
• Skilled in process mapping, and analysis of as-is and to-be processes.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Auditing and reconciling global tax data, calculations, filings and payments.
• Research global laws and regulations regarding taxes, withholding and statutory benefits.
• Ensure compliance with Global, Federal, State, and Local tax rules for the US and EMEA.
• Liaise with tax and government authorities to support tax, fringe benefit and social insurance compliance and audit matters.
• Work with global finance teams and ADP to ensure timely submission of tax calculations, filings and deposits.
