The Maples Group in Dublin is seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team.

You will partner with sourcing, recruiting and hiring teams to understand staffing needs, build talent pipelines, conduct market mapping, and drive outbound campaigns with a focus on diverse talent. This role sits at the heart of our global recruitment strategy.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience sourcing for Finance/Accounting, Technology, Compliance, Banking, HR.
• Advanced sourcing skills beyond LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with email campaigns and CRM tools.
• Diversity and inclusive hiring focus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sourcing, recruiting and hiring teams to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategy.
• Build talent pipelines and maintain network of prospects through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management and sourcing campaigns.
• Use market intel to conduct talent mapping research and develop effective sourcing strategies to scale globally.
• Measure conversion rates and effectiveness across the sourcing process from passive candidates to hires.
• Work with TA and hiring teams to develop strategies for engaging talent through outbound sourcing, networking events, and referrals with diversity in mind.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives with recruiters and marketing teams.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and marketing for career fairs, online promotions, and branding.
• Support TA with interview scheduling, candidate queries, and reporting.
• Help coordinate email campaigns for internal and external audiences.
