Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in operations, supply chain or business management.
• 5–7 years of experience in a similar environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience with Advanced Planning Systems and/or tools.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to step into leadership role when required.
• Persistent, resilient and resourceful when confronted with obstacles.

Responsibilities

• Create, monitor and maintain a feasible 24-month end-to-end volume and robust inventory plan.
• Daily contact with supply plants to coordinate finished product, bulk, and ingredients.
• Support financial plan cycles and long-range planning with data for strategy.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and support S&OP and artwork changes.
• Chair supply/demand review in monthly S&OP with site leadership.
• Keep SAP and JDA up to date and inform customers of updates and risks.
• Participate in plant meetings to review performance and suggest improvements.
• Lead cross-functional projects as SME for GSP and manage stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvements and propose innovative solutions.
