Job summary

AbbVie North Dublin is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead demand forecasting, monitor forecast error and bias, and support the S&OP process across commercial, finance and operations teams. You will manage a small team and drive improvements in statistical forecasting.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in Operations or Supply Chain, with S&OP experience and hands-on use of JDA Blue Yonder, PowerBI and QlikSense.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Science.
• 7+ years in Operations, Supply Chain Management, and/or Financial Management.
• Experienced with formal S&OP processes and tools (JDA/Blue Yonder, PowerBI, QlikSense).
• Proven leadership and collaboration across functions.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze demands and forecast trends at a DFU level.
• Provide statistical forecasting models and recommendations to finance.
• Support the S&OP process.
• Develop drivers for DFUs exceeding targets.
• Align forecasts with trends and product strategy; drive continuous improvement.
