Job summary

Expeditors International in Dublin is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Equipment Supply Chain (ESC) Program to support front-end project initiation, planning, and execution reporting. You will collaborate with PMs to coordinate planning, scheduling, and tracking of projects, ensuring deliverables meet customer requirements and documented best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience required.
2+ years experience in supply chain and logistics or equivalent roles.
Experience with data centers and large-scale construction projects is preferred.
Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential.
Ability to define, develop, document, and implement business processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

Assist with project proposals and deliverables with Project Management and related departments.
Document, track and receive project documentation and deliverables.
Follow up to ensure project activities are completed on time.
Share information and updates with project team members as relevant.
Assist in documenting project risks, issues, actions and decisions within PM activities.
Assist PM in developing necessary documents, presentations or reports.
