Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company seeks an International Sourcing Leader based in Cork to drive category strategies for Marketing & Sales and General Administration. You will manage supplier relationships, lead negotiations, and apply strategic sourcing to maximize value across Lilly’s global spend.

You will collaborate with internal partners, deliver compliant procurement processes, and contribute to a high-performance procurement team within the Cork GBS hub.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Procurement and category management.
• Education in procurement, business or finance with relevant experience.
• Excellent English; additional languages advantageous.
• Proficiency with SAP/Ariba and MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international category strategies for assigned spend areas.
• Lead supplier relationships and negotiations with business areas.
• Apply strategic sourcing processes to ensure timely project delivery.
• Provide commercial advice and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Collaborate with global procurement partners and internal stakeholders.
