Job summary

GlobalSource IT is seeking an experienced SAP Program Director to lead a large, global SAP S/4HANA transformation. The role oversees business and technology workstreams, coordinating with internal teams, a System Integrator, and multiple vendors.

The hybrid role requires 12-15+ years of PM experience, PMP is preferred, and a Master’s degree. Travel across Europe and globally as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of program/project management experience.
• Experience leading large ERP transformation programs.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cross-functional operations.
• Experience managing System Integrators and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large, global SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
• Manage cross-functional teams across business, technology, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain.
• Develop and maintain the integrated program plan, milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
• Drive execution across multiple workstreams and phases.
• Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
