Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment seeks a Regulatory Program Manager for a contract role in Cork. You will lead cross-functional regulatory programs, ensuring products are ready for launch domestically and internationally, with hands-on support for global submissions and approvals.

You will track deliverables, manage timelines, generate scorecards, assess risks, and drive process improvements while coordinating with stakeholders and presenting progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience leading and managing complex, end-to-end programs (technical/non-technical).
• Ability to guide, influence, and align stakeholders—skilled at setting expectations and collaboration.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, process improvement, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional regulatory programs and initiatives for launches domestically and internationally.
• Provide hands-on support for global product submissions and approvals with regulatory and cross-functional teams.
• Track deliverables, manage timelines, generate regulatory scorecards and conduct risk assessments.
• Own planning, execution, and management of complex, cross-functional programs; liaise with stakeholders and present to senior leadership.
