Responsabilidades

• 制定并完善集团会计政策、制度与流程，确保符合相关法律法规和会计准则要求。
• 监督政策执行，分析并解决执行中的问题，确保会计信息真实合规。
• 与其他部门紧密合作，确保会计政策在公司内部有效沟通与落地。
• 了解各BG/模块会计核算流程，建立质量监控体系，对会计共享服务中心进行日常质量监控。
• 积累会计运营数据，制定会计运营指标，创建数据可视化。
• 推动流程标准化、产品化、会计作业工具（如政策库、SOP、流程清单等）的组织化。
• 担任项目经理，推进中心内部流程改进、风险管理或用户体验提升等相关项目。
• 承担中心负责人交办的其他工作。

• 2、监督会计政策的执行，及时分析、解决执行中出现的问题，确保会计信息的真实、合规。
• 3.与其他部门紧密合作，确保会计政策在公司内部的有效沟通和实施。
• 4、了解各BG、模块的会计核算流程，建立质量监控体系，对会计共享服务中心进行日常质量监控。
• 5、积累会计运营数据，制定会计运营指标，并创建数据可视化。
• 6.与中心内部团队协作，推动流程标准化、产品化、会计作业工具（如政策库、SOP、流程清单等）的组织化。
• 7. 担任项目管理者，推进中心内部流程改进、风险管理或用户体验提升等相关项目。
• 8. 承担中心负责人交办的其他工作。
