Job summary

TCWGlobal is seeking an experienced QSHE Project Manager to strengthen and evolve its corporate EHS programs across a global organization. The role partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to lead strategic QSHE initiatives in a hybrid/remote, multinational environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
Graduate IOSH, MIIRSM, NEBOSH or equivalent is desirable.
Chartered status (CMIOSH) or working toward chartered is highly desirable.
Practitioner-level IEMA accreditation or equivalent environmental qualification preferred.
ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification is preferred.
Full, valid Irish or UK driving licence or local equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end QSHE projects and advisory initiatives across global sites.
Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, practical guidance for stakeholders.
Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, budgets in a fast-paced corporate setting.
Support global QSHE policies, ISO accreditation, and continuous improvement efforts.
Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and performance reporting.
