Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Sr. Project Manager in Global QARA to lead complex, cross‑functional programs during a global transition.

You will coordinate QARA activities, align with the TSA timelines, and partner with Teleflex and Intersurgical leadership to ensure disciplined execution and transparent communication. The role requires 3–5+ years in global, regulated projects, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency in project tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Science, or related field preferred).
• 3–5+ years leading complex, global projects in regulated environments.
• Medical device industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to operate in matrixed, transitional organizations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate QARA activities to separate from Teleflex systems and governance.
• Define resource needs and negotiate with management for support.
• Monitor budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Provide status reporting and decision-support to QARA leadership.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across multiple regions.
