Morgan McKinley is delighted to partner with a globally renowned, market-leading technology organisation to recruit an experienced Global Finance Project Manager. This will be an initial 9 month contract role.

In this key position, you will join a high-performing, dynamic finance function, providing both local and global project management expertise. Working in close partnership with finance and cross-functional teams, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with core business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and execute project life cycle deliverables

• Drive seamless implementation and business readiness for new systems and processes.

• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology groups to ensure business project needs are met.

• Provide concise updates to leadership regarding project status, risks, issues, and recommended actions.

• Actively identify material issues impacting project timelines or functionality and quickly drive resolution.

• Develop comprehensive change management, communication, transition, and testing plans to ensure business readiness and adoption.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Formal Finance or Accounting qualifications along with relevant industry experience.

• Hands-on experience or qualifications with SAP Financials is preferred.

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, project planning, conflict resolution, and meeting facilitation.

• Proven track record of collaborating with technical teams and cross-functional business partners to deliver projects on time and budget.

• Experience working within global companies, ideally managing or collaborating with global teams.

• Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence leadership and engage stakeholders at all levels.
