Job summary

CEL Critical Power Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high-value customer programmes across our international operations.

You will oversee governance, risk management, and capacity planning across Ireland, the US, and other sites to enable rapid global expansion. You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to deliver on commitments, drive performance, and build a scalable delivery organisation with

Qualifications

• 15+ years in programme or project management in industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or engineered product environments.
• 10+ years in senior delivery leadership roles with direct customer accountability.
• End-to-end ownership of complex, multi-workstream programmes across cross-functional teams.
• Strong governance, planning, risk management, change control, and performance reporting.
• Experience across multiple sites or international delivery environments.
• Understanding of programme financials, forecasting, capacity planning, resource planning, and variance management.
• Experience managing subcontractors or external delivery partners.
• Proven ability to improve schedule adherence, cost performance, and customer outcomes.
• Strong people leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, able to operate in executive forums.
• Fluent English; travel between CEL sites and customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value customer programmes across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Commercial.
• Establish governance, stage gates, reporting cadences, KPIs, and decision forums.
• Use forecasting, variance analysis, and financial metrics to monitor programme health.
• Identify and mitigate risks, own change control, and elevate critical issues with plans.
• Align programme demand with manufacturing capacity and resource planning.
• Work with Engineering on design readiness and new product introduction into production.
• Translate commitments into controlled, executable delivery plans.
• Lead delivery with subcontractors and partners to meet CEL standards.
• Drive improvements in schedule adherence, cost performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead executive reviews and communicate with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Establish and improve governance, planning, and delivery processes.
