Job summary

ABEC, a leading supplier to the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry, invites applications for a Global Production Control Supervisor - Cleanroom. This role oversees PCCs, trains staff, and drives on-time shipments across global operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in custom manufacturing, strong Excel and data skills, and familiarity with Quality Systems and Lean Six Sigma. Some international travel is expected to support regional and global manufacturing targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a custom/specialty manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with Excel and able to manipulate data and statistics.
• Experience with Quality Systems and/or certification in Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma is highly desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the production control coordinators to ensure schedules are met and shipments to customers are completed on time.
• Report metrics to the Global Director of Disposable Containers and coordinate with supply chain, quality and other departments.
• Manage materials, work orders, and inventory to meet released production schedules.
• Collaborate with project management to update labor forecasts and build progress measurements.
• Travel to support global operations as required.
