Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Global Procurement Process Owner to design, govern, and optimize procurement processes across the organization. You will work with law, finance, and compliance, driving consistency and efficiency throughout the lifecycle.

This role focuses on process architecture, standardization, and digital tooling, with partnerships across Global Procurement and Tech teams to advance automation and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of procurement/supply chain experience.
• Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes and procurement tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end procurement process architecture across categories and geographies.
• Develops and maintains standardized procurement processes, workflows, and documentation for global consistency and efficiency.
• Aligns procurement processes with compliance, audit standards, and internal controls.
• Partners with Global Procurement Technology to optimize systems, drive automation, and improve user experience.
• Leads process diagnostics and gap assessments to identify improvements and implement best practices.
• Drives training, change management, and communication for successful adoption.
• Serves as global point of contact for process escalations, system issues, and governance inquiries.
• Builds relationships with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Quality to drive integrated process improvements.
