Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 7+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience.
• Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes and procurement technology platforms.
• Demonstrated success in process ownership and governance.

Responsibilities

• Owns the end-to-end procurement process architecture across all categories and geographies.
• Develops and maintains standardized procurement processes, workflows, and documentation.
• Aligns procurement processes with compliance requirements and internal controls.
• Partners with technology to optimize systems and drive automation.
• Drives process diagnostics and change management to support adoption.
• Builds relationships with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Quality to drive improvements.
