Job summary

Diageo is seeking a Global Procurement Specialist - Value Creation/Agile to drive global category strategies and value creation across commercial and sustainability objectives. You will work with internal stakeholders, suppliers and partners to shape market insights and innovative procurement solutions.

The role involves leading sourcing, negotiations and governance across multiple regions, with a focus on delivering measurable value and risk management.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified or equivalent professional experience.
• An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build market intelligence, category insights, global strategies and sourcing activities.
• Lead sourcing activities across global spend categories and apply best-practice procurement.
• Plan, prepare and lead commercial negotiations and ensure contracts are implemented and managed.
• Maintain contract governance and ensure compliance with obligations.
• Identify, assess and mitigate supplier risks and strengthen supply resilience.
• Drive value creation through cost efficiencies, innovation and supplier-led improvements.
