Job summary

Milestone Technologies is seeking an experienced Global Senior Project Manager – Technical Operations to lead cross-functional projects supporting pharmaceutical products across Europe, the United States, and Asia. This role operates within a global Technical Operations PMO, driving projects from initiation to handover with internal sites, CDMOs, vendors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in pharma/biopharma.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a complex global environment.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical development, manufacturing and Technical Operations.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• GxP knowledge and regulatory familiarity (FDA/EMA).
• PMP certification preferred; equivalent leadership experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation activities aligning objectives with business strategy and priorities.
• Establish governance, scope, timelines, budgets, resources and success criteria with sponsors.
• Develop comprehensive charters with milestones, schedules and risk assessments.
• Build and lead global cross-functional project teams.
• Oversee projects through all lifecycle stages and stage-gate approvals.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and per objectives.
• Maintain project information in portfolio management systems.
