Job summary

J.P. Morgan seeks a Global Payments Analyst in Ireland to gain hands-on experience in payments and fintech, helping clients move money locally, regionally, and globally. You will work with teams across Payments, Merchant Services, and Commercial Card in a structured training program.

You’ll learn about cash management, product, and client coverage, with mentorship and exposure to senior leaders. Graduation is April 2027–August 2027, and you will join a collaborative, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Keen interest in global payments/fintech with analytical focus.
• Strong research, project management and communication abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Energetic, proactive approach in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English; familiarity with business fundamentals.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Learn how we support clients' cash management and technology-based payment solutions in Ireland and beyond.
• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies for client needs.
• Gain exposure to product, implementation and client coverage teams across Global Payments.
• Contribute ideas to improve client experience and payments landscape.
• Work under mentors and a supportive team; build a professional network with leaders.
