Job summary

Google is seeking a Mobile Apps Consultant in the Global Partnerships Sellside team, based in Dublin, Ireland. You will provide customized consultations and perform in-depth performance analyses for high-growth mobile app publishers, focusing on AdMob optimization, eCPM and ARPDAU improvements.

This role requires collaboration with product, data science, and partnerships teams to align on growth objectives, manage agreements, and present insights at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience as an ad business generation consultant, yield manager, or growth specialist with experience in AdMob optimization.
• Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
• Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
• Experience in A/B testing for pricing strategies and tooling automation for scale.
• Experience in mobile gaming monetization.
• Understanding of AdTech, mediation setups, and yield optimization.
• Strong ability to interpret data on eCPM, fill rates, and match rates.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized consultations and in-depth performance analysis to high-growth mobile app publishers.
• Lead cross-functional client discussions with product, data science, and partnerships teams to align on growth objectives.
• Conduct data audits to identify mediation setups, pricing floors, latency, and inventory factors affecting ARPDAU.
• Present at industry events and executive summits, delivering yield and growth insights.
• Automate and scale yield audit processes by designing AI workflows and using relevant tools.
