Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and valuations for mechanical works on major projects.
• Analyze tender documents and collaborate with the procurement team.
• Conduct contract administration including managing payments, variations, and final accounts.
• Liaise with project managers and engineers to ensure cost control.
• Provide detailed reports on financial forecasts, cost control measures, and project performance.
