Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a relevant discipline.
• Senior-level experience in Strategic Sourcing / Commercial Category Management with executive stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing $1B+ spend portfolios in complex matrix organizations.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a sourcing team delivering transformation.
• Valid right to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CMO and Marketing leadership to design category roadmaps aligned to business strategy.
• Build and lead a team of marketing sourcing experts; manage recruitment and development.
• Lead AI/MarTech and agency negotiations to maximize commercial value.
• Oversee multi-billion marketing vendor portfolio and working capital management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT and Legal on contracting and reviews.
• Represent Verizon at industry forums and travel as needed.
