Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking a Marketing Programmes Specialist to coordinate global and regional marketing programmes that drive ServiceNow growth. You will oversee governance, MDF, reporting and campaign coordination to maximise support from the global marketing team.

You will manage budgets, assets and campaigns across regions, building strong relationships with regional marketing, sales, partners and agencies while tracking ROI and performance metrics to optimise investment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in B2B, channel or technology marketing, programme management or marketing operations.
• Experience delivering multi-country programmes, integrated campaigns and demand generation.
• Experience managing budgets, MDF and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Technology, software, cybersecurity or IT distribution experience preferred.
• Strong HubSpot, CRM and marketing automation capability.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with workflow tools such as Smartsheet.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing deadlines.
• Proactive, collaborative and solutions focused.
• Strong programme, stakeholder and communication skills.
• Analytical and effective in fast-paced international environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver global and regional marketing programmes against timelines, budgets and GTM priorities.
• Coordinate integrated plans, milestones, deliverables and stakeholder communications across markets.
• Maintain programme governance and improve execution efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build relationships across regional marketing, sales, ServiceNow, partners and agencies.
• Coordinate assets, funding, and campaign deployment across regions.
• Be the PME expert, support regions to accelerate adoption across the partner ecosystem.
• Manage MDF planning, allocation, spend, utilisation and reporting.
• Ensure applications, claims, compliance and reporting are accurate and timely.
• Track ROI and optimise future investment.
• Support multi-channel campaigns, events, partner initiatives and GTM launches.
• Coordinate workflows across creative, digital and content teams.
• Ensure activity meets timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Maintain dashboards and track programme KPIs, engagement, leads and pipeline contribution.
• Provide timely reporting and investment visibility to leadership and regional stakeholders.
• Use data and insight to improve programme performance.
